This setup not only improved security by restricting access to authorized personnel but also automated attendance tracking, significantly reducing administrative overhead. TF Solutions' software was designed to integrate seamlessly with existing payroll systems, automating leave management and enabling real-time attendance updates. This reduced errors from manual data entry and ensured accurate compensation management. The system's data management tools provided essential insights for effective workforce planning, particularly benefiting resource-strapped rural clinics.
